Payment Links: For custom quotes, customers will receive a personalized, secure payment link leading to a private checkout page.

Onboarding: Upon purchase, customers receive an instant download of the Flora Flux Welcome Kit.

Timeline: Final project development typically takes 3–5 working days after the Merchant confirms receipt of the completed Design Brief.

4. Pricing and Payment

Methods: Payments can be made via PayPal or Credit Card as displayed on the checkout page.

Finality: Prices are subject to change without notice and will be charged at the rate shown at checkout or in the personalized quote.

5. Ownership and Licensing of Products

Usage Rights: Purchasing a product grants a limited, non-transferable license to use the product exclusively for the purchasing party.

Prohibitions: Redistribution, resale, or modification of any Flora Flux content (guides, 3D renders, or blueprints) is strictly prohibited.

6. Digital Delivery and Access

Instant Access: Secure links for digital collections and the Welcome Kit are sent to the user's inbox immediately after checkout.

Download Limits: Secure links allow for 5 total download attempts across different devices.

Lifetime Access: Once saved to a device, the customer has unlimited lifetime access to the files.

7. Custom Service Revisions

The Digital Vision: This service tier includes one (1) revision round to ensure conceptual clarity.

Responsibility: Design accuracy is dependent on the site photos and descriptions provided by the customer in the Design Brief.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

"As Is" Basis: Products and conceptual blueprints are provided "as is" for aesthetic guidance and do not constitute structural or engineering advice.

Compatibility: The Store is not liable for technical issues or software incompatibility on the user's device.

9. Intellectual Property Rights
